Samuel is a marine surveyor, joined T&A Marine in 2019, and based in Zhoushan, China.
 
 
 
Samuel has sailed on container ships in all ranks from Cadet to Trainee Master for 12 years at sea (2007 – 2019).  Samuel has extensive experience of marine navigation, sailed in mega container vessel as Chief Officer. During his time at sea, he gained in-depth knowledge of shipboard operations, ISM management policy, container and OOG cargo lashing, Dangerous goods segregation and management, ship repair and maintenance.
 
 
Since joining the T&A Marine, Samuel has been trained for Hull & Machinery damage survey and investigation, preparation of expert reports relating to OOG shipment, container ship salvage operation and contamination of chemical cargo.
